In 2014 Philip began to forge his property career in County Armagh, where he started managing the lettings of houses in Milford and Keady. His ambitions to expand were realised as he grew the business exponentially between 2014 and 2018 with an impressive rent role being achieved for his multiple private client Landlords. During this time, he was also heavily involved as a sourcer/introducer of properties to his clients for private sale.
In 2018, Philip joined a local Estate Agency where he was position as manager to a successful branch in County Armagh. During his tenure, Philip orchestrated the development of the branch and trained its staff in all aspects of property rentals and sales.
Realising a gap in the market for a more bespoke and personal property sales and rental experience for the betterment of Landlords, vendors, and purchasers, Philip embarked upon Manor and Mill in 2021.

Paul began as a property consultant in 2008, successfully sourcing and renovating an impressive multi million pound student property portfolio for a private client, following which he started an award winning student rental management business in Manchester with over 200 properties under management.
In 2013, Paul was head hunted by a private developer in a development management and clerk of works role and progressed to Construction Director and then Planning Director, successfully delivering in excess of £200M worth of profitable development schemes across the UK. During this time, Paul was also responsible for the marketing particulars and brand development of the entire group of 16 companies and set up Airwolf Visual Ltd in 2018 to facilitate the visual aspect of this work. Paul left the Company in 2020 to begin building a career and a family back in Northern Ireland, whilst pursuing a career in property marketing.
Paul continues to control Airwolf Visual which focuses on drone video and photography services for the land, property and construction, sectors whilst producing bespoke and targeted promotion, brand development, marketing, business development and content creation for SME's.
Paul now wishes to bring his experience to NI through a channel which remains property focused and applies many of the techniques he has learnt from a decade in Mainland UK. Paul's USP is his knowledge of planning, property, marketing and construction.
